Abrivia Recruitment are delighted to announce the promotion of Tadhg Kearney to the position of Partner.
Cumulatively Tadhg has over eight years recruitment experience of which nearly five of those years have been spent in Abrivia. Since joining Abrivia, Tadhg has been promoted to both Manager and Associate Director positions where he has excelled.
Having joined the business in early 2016 Tadhg has gone on to be one of the company’s top performers and has been the top billing consultant the last 2 years. Tadhg has also been responsible for growing out his own team to cover all areas of Accountancy, Financial Services and Public Practice & Tax.
Over the past 12 months Tadhg has been taking on more of an operations role within Abrivia. This has included the training and development of new team members, working with third party suppliers on tailoring services to Abrivia’ s needs and the systemisation of processes particularly around Abrivia’ s CRM. This has all been closely linked to the alignment and development of Abrivia’ s core values of “…putting the client at the heart of everything that we do”.
