Abrivia Recruitment is pleased to announce the appointment of Tadhg Kearney as Managing Director. Tadhg commenced the new position on Monday the 3rd of October 2022.

Tadhg has over 10 years’ experience recruiting within the Irish market. He joined Abrivia in March 2016 as a Principal Consultant within the Accountancy & Insurance Selection Team. Since joining Abrivia Tadhg has been serially promoted. This has included – Head of Accountancy & Insurance in May 2017, Associate Director in August 2018 and Partner in August 2020.
Tadhg has successfully grown and developed one of Abrivia’s busiest and commercially successful desks while also showing a passion for learning and development both within his team and the wider company. Tadhg continues to have responsibility for Accountancy, Public Practice & Tax, Financial Services and Insurance.
In more recent years, Tadhg has taken a more operational role within the business and has been involved in system implementations, contract renewals, marketing projects, while also assuming the role of Acting Managing Director.
Tadhg is a UCD Alumni and completed his BA and Masters in UCD. In 2021 he completed a Diploma in Leadership & Management.
