An established financial services organisation is seeking an Investment Operations Analyst to join its Dublin team.
This is a varied operational role with a strong focus on investment data, valuations and controls. You will work with financial and investment information across a range of portfolios, helping to ensure data is accurate, deadlines are met and operational processes run effectively.
The position could be an excellent next step for someone coming from fund accounting, investment operations, fund administration or a similar financial services environment who would like to broaden their experience.
Your Role
- Working with investment, pricing and valuation data across a range of assets
- Reviewing information for accuracy and investigating discrepancies or exceptions
- Supporting daily and periodic operational processes and controls
- Liaising with external providers and internal teams to resolve data queries
- Supporting reporting, compliance and wider operational requirements
- Monitoring data quality and ensuring issues are identified and addressed
- Contributing to process improvements and increased automation across the function
- Supporting the wider team across investment operations activities
Your Skills
- 2+ years’ experience within financial services
- Experience in areas such as fund accounting, investment operations, pricing, valuations or fund administration would be particularly relevant
- A degree in finance, business or a related discipline
- Strong Excel and numerical skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability
- Excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working to deadlines and managing multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
