The third Abrivia Salary Survey Breakfast Briefing took place in the Tercentenary Hall in Trinity Biomedical Science Institute on Pearse St. Dublin 2 on Wednesday January 16th 2019. Over 150 guests were treated to 90 minutes of insights and analysis from three expert speakers from our partners in Trinity Business School; Dr Charles Larkin, Dr Brian Lucey and Dr Na Fu.
The general theme of the seminar was of “Disruption”. The above video consists of 1.5 hours of commentary condensed into 16 minutes of highlights.
Subjects addressed include the main findings of the Abrivia Salary Survey 2019, Health, Housing, Brexit, the future of HR, the importance of HR Analytics and how to ensure your strategic HR decisions are based on good HR Analytics. The latter part of the video deals with Global Megatrends which will have an effect on Ireland such as the growth of Megacities, the rise of Generation Y, the Global Infrastructural Defecit, the National Broadband plan, Technology, the rise of the Global Middle Class and the potential effect of Climate Change.
