Have you ever experienced any of the following scenarios in interviews?
Scenario I
You feel sleepy or lethargic during your interview and you feel this has had a negative effect on your performance, but you can’t figure out why.
Perhaps you had rice for lunch or a cereal and milk for breakfast, all of you which can make you sleepy and lethargic.
Scenario II
The interviewer grimaces when you open your mouth to talk and you suddenly realise you have bad breath.
You know you gave your teeth a thorough clean this morning and you even used mouthwash! You then remember that your dinner the previous evening was bread with onions, garlic and some lovely spices from the East.
Scenario III
You feel bloated and full but you just had a light lunch, a burrito with Mexican beans! Therein lies the problem.
To avoid the above scenarios materialising, it is best to avoid rice, cereal, milk, garlic, onions, spices, and stodgy food before you attend your interview.
