To enhance our expanding EMEA team, Our client is hiring an Inside Sales Director/Manager with strong and proven leadership experience in managing IT sales teams. The successful candidate will be responsible building out, leading, and motivating a growing Inside EMEA sales team . This is an amazing opportunity to build a world class team within an innovative and industry leading Company.
Qualifications
To be considered, the ideal candidate will be/have:
- 5+ years’ experience selling systems and desktop management solutions/managed services to the Public and Private Sectors and Managed Service Providers Markets
- At least 3+ years managing Inside Sales teams
- Experience managing teams covering pan-European markets
- Experience in recruiting & training team members
- CRM experience such as Salesforce, NetSuite, or equivalent is a must
- European languages are not essential but are desirable
- University degree preferred, but not essential
- A desire to be part of a world class team
- Experience and/or exposure to channel and partner models throughout europe
