Customer Service Representative – French Speaking

We are partnering with an award-winning, Planet Mark certified Irish manufacturer that has built a strong reputation across the UK and European markets. Due to continued growth, they are expanding their established Customer Service team and are now seeking a French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join their Kilkenny head office.

The Role
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will act as a key point of contact for French-speaking customers, ensuring a seamless experience from order placement through to resolution of any queries.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing inbound customer queries relating to products, orders and aftersales support
- Processing customer orders received via phone and email
- Investigating and resolving product or service issues in a professional and timely manner
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfilment
- Managing returns, replacements and associated documentation
- Maintaining accurate records and administration
What We Are Looking For
- Fluent French and English, written and spoken
- 2+ years experience in a customer service or order processing role
- Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy
- Confident communicator with the ability to handle conflict calmly
- Technical or product-based customer support experience is advantageous
- A proactive team player with strong ownership and initiative
Please note: This role will be fully onsite in Kilkenny for the first 6 months to support onboarding and integration into the team. Following this, the position will move to a hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days working from home.
