Group Insured Pension Administrator
Hybrid, Permanent, Pension administration required

We’re partnering with a long-established specialist consultancy, highly regarded in the pensions and employee benefits sector. As the business continues to grow, they are seeking an experienced Group Insured Pension Administrator to join their busy corporate pensions administration team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-focused environment, has a strong foundation in pensions, and is looking to further develop their corporate pension expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and manage a portfolio of corporate insured pension schemes.
  • Oversee all aspects of day-to-day scheme administration with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Handle queries from client companies and scheme members in a professional and timely manner.
  • Work closely with Consultants and Client Managers to ensure client files are fully compliant.
  • Complete group pension and risk renewals, as well as accounts, for allocated portfolios.
  • Ensure all statutory disclosure requirements are met, including issuing Member Benefit Statements, Trustee Annual Reports, and settling scheme benefits.
  • Complete group risk rate reviews and risk broking reports, ensuring implementation and communication with key client contacts.
  • Manage group pension and risk claims efficiently, including death and disability claims.

Candidate Profile

  • 2 years’ + experience in pensions administration, ideally within financial services, life & pensions broking, or a consultancy environment.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (intermediate level).
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and enthusiastic with a proactive approach.
  • Confident problem-solver with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
