Our client, a leading consultancy specialising in private wealth management and employee benefits, is experiencing significant growth and is now seeking a Life, Pensions & Wealth Administrator to join their high-performing Shared Services team.

The Opportunity
As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative and technical support to Senior Wealth Advisors while managing both new business and existing client portfolios across life assurance, pensions, and investments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Senior Consultants and Wealth Advisors
- Manage the end-to-end processing of new business across pensions, investments, and life assurance
- Liaise directly with life companies to ensure accurate and timely policy processing
- Support client reviews and assist with product and tax-related queries
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, delivering clear and professional communication
- Prepare documentation for client meetings and support consultants pre- and post-meeting
- Maintain accurate, compliant client records including AML documentation
- Coordinate schedules and organise meetings
- Assist with ongoing projects and business initiatives
About You
- QFA qualified (essential)
- 3-5 years’ experience within a regulated financial services environment
- Previous broker experience is essential
- Strong working knowledge of life, pension, and investment products
- Experience dealing with major life companies
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communicator with a client-first mindset
- Proven ability to manage workloads independently and meet deadlines
- Proficient across Microsoft Office
