Manager – Insurance Financial Reporting
Location: Dublin (Hybrid – 1 day in-office)

Are you a qualified accountant with a background in insurance and a passion for financial reporting and process improvement?
Our client, a leading professional services firm, is hiring a Finance Manager to join their specialist insurance team. This is a high-impact role with exposure to global insurance clients, particularly in the US, and the opportunity to help build out a new platform for outsourced finance operations.
Your Role
- Lead delivery of financial reporting, compliance, and operational finance services for insurance clients
- Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to senior finance stakeholders
- Provide practical accounting guidance under IFRS and Irish/UK GAAP
- Identify and drive improvements in finance processes, reporting, and automation
- Support and mentor junior team members, fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture
- Contribute to business development and help shape the future direction of the team
Your Skills
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
- 5+ years’ experience in the insurance sector (audit or in-house)
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and compliance
- Background in consulting, shared services, or BPO is a strong advantage
- Skilled in tools such as Power BI or Excel automation is a bonus
