Our client, a major player in the Aviation sector, is seeking a Brand Manager to join their team on a 1-year fixed term contract.
Working with the Head of Brand and Marketing, the Brand Manager will help drive, plan and implement the brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all brand activity and touchpoints.
This is an exciting role for an experienced Brand Manager, to work on one of Ireland’s top brands. Following the launch of a new brand strategy & positioning in 2023 there is huge focus within the organisation to continue to embed the new brand strategy across all touchpoints.
The role will involve working on large scale national integrated marketing campaigns across ROI, UK & USA.

Your Role:
- Plan and implement the brand strategy, build and maintain share and achieve brand KPIs.
- Manage multiple agencies, writing inspirational, informed creative and media briefs, with clearly defined objectives and KPIs. Be able to evaluate creative and media responses against objectives, provide clear direction and present final campaign concept and plans to stakeholders with robust rationale and persuasive arguments.
- Manage the continued implementation of Brand Tone of voice across the organisation and with agency partners.
- Manage integrated marketing campaigns across 3 key markets: ROI, UK and USA, in conjunction with Campaign, Digital and Social teams.
- Work with wider marketing team to ensure new brand guidelines are being implemented consistently across all activity and touchpoints. Work very closely with Manchester campaign manager to ensure alignments and consistencies across both brand & tactical campaigns.
- Work with multiple departments across the organisation including Commercial teams, Guest Experience, Operations, Retail, Customer Service and others to provide guidance and support in adherence to brand strategy and guidelines.
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with all external stakeholders, agencies (creative, media, content) and internal stakeholders (inc. digital, social media, PR, UX, IT and insights).
- Support project manager in management of the roll-out of the Brand ID programme.
- Management of annual budget.
- Manage all ad hoc brand projects and issues as they occur.
Your Skills:
- +8 years of relevant Brand Marketing experience, with exposure to ROI, UK and USA markets.
- Passionate about brand, with keen understanding of brand architecture, positioning and purpose.
- Experience working with multiple agencies to include media, digital, experiential, PR.
- Previous budget experience.
- Builds strong relationships to successful work across functions and in multi-agency environment.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, complex environment.
- Strong commercial and numerical acumen with attention to detail.
- Team player with the proven ability to work on own initiative in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
- Ability to create and develop strong collaborative working relationships across all levels in the organisation.
- Demonstrated negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Eligible to live and work in the EU.
