Our client, a financial services company based in Dublin City Centre are seeking an Administration Assistant with fluent German to join their team. This role will be providing administration support for the German market, working towards quality standards and within a multicultural team.
The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, have fluent German language and experience in a customer focused environment.
Responsibilities of the Role:
- Review and process documents in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Manage and operate databases accurately, and efficiently
- Review and generate reports
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and retention in line with company standards
- Build positive relationships with all stakeholders in both Ireland and Germany
Requirements for the Role:
- Fluency in German and basic English
- 6 months experience in an administration and customer focused environment
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Excellent multitasking and time keeping skills
