WANTED: I am looking for a Service Desk Analyst with 1-3 years’ experience in a busy environment. This is a level 1 support type role with huge opportunity to grow and develop into a senior person on the team.
My clients Service Desk Analysts are the first point of contact when a user/client experiences an ICT issue, and provide first level support by phone, instant messaging and email to ensure that customer ICT issues are resolved. Part of a small team, you will conduct analysis and classify first and second level support for any computer related requests and faults logged with the Service Desk. You will proactively resolve ICT problems by solving the problem or referring to the relevant staff member for resolution. Together with maintaining accuracy and efficiency of the ICT call logging system including recording, monitoring and updating all incidents in the logging system, you will maintain contact with users to keep them informed and ensure they receive a satisfactory result.
