Job Title: Sales Manager – German-Speaking Market

Reporting to: Regional Sales Director
Location: Dublin City (Hybrid)
Package: €80,000 OTE + benefits

A global digital technology company is seeking an experienced German-speaking Sales Manager to lead and grow its high-performing sales and account development team serving the German-speaking market.

This is a people-management and commercial leadership role. You will be responsible for coaching, motivating and developing a team of Digital Sales and Account Executives, while driving revenue growth and strengthening long-term customer relationships across the region.

The successful candidate will combine strong leadership experience with a background in B2B sales and digital marketing or online advertising.


What you will be responsible for

  • Managing, coaching and developing a team of German-speaking sales and account professionals

  • Driving team performance against revenue, growth and retention targets

  • Setting clear goals, tracking KPIs and ensuring consistent delivery

  • Supporting the team in managing key customer relationships

  • Identifying opportunities for upsell, cross-sell and account expansion

  • Working closely with senior leadership on strategy and forecasting

  • Ensuring high standards of customer experience and account management

  • Recruiting, onboarding and developing new team members


What we are looking for

  • Previous experience managing a B2B sales or account management team

  • Strong background in digital marketing, media sales, SaaS or online advertising

  • Proven ability to coach, motivate and develop high-performing teams

  • Commercially driven with strong analytical and forecasting skills

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

  • Fluent German and English
