Early-Career Advertising Partnerships Manager – Nordic Markets
Where: Dublin City Centre
Pay: €45,000 – €55,000 OTE, plus benefits
Schedule: Monday to Friday, hybrid with 3 office days and 2 remote days
The Opportunity
If you speak a Nordic language and want a career in digital advertising, this role puts you at the centre of it. You’ll be the main contact for a group of advertisers and agencies, helping them get more from their marketing spend while you grow your own commercial skills in a busy, target-driven team.
You won’t be doing it alone. You’ll work with colleagues across Sales, Product, Operations and Leadership, and the team will coach you as you settle in.
Your Day-to-Day
- Own relationships with a portfolio of advertisers and agencies, from first contact through to long-term partnership
- Research and approach potential new partners in your language market, then book and run introductory conversations
- Work out which leads are worth pursuing by looking at budget, decision-making power, need and timing (the BANT approach)
- Find ways to grow existing accounts, win back lapsed ones and introduce additional products
- Dig into campaign results (CPA, ROI, ROAS, CPC, conversions) and explain what they mean and what to do next
- Hold advisory conversations with senior marketing leaders
- Log every interaction and keep your pipeline tidy in the CRM
- Tell partners and teammates about new tools, beta programmes and product updates as they land
- Aim for your personal and team revenue and performance targets
- Share ideas and lend a hand to the people around you
About You
You’ll need:
- 1-2 years in digital marketing, sales or account management
- Fluent English, plus fluency in Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish or Danish
It would help if you also have:
- A track record of looking after clients, customers or partners
- Some exposure to ad platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat or X, and a feel for performance marketing
- Clear, confident communication, whether writing, speaking or presenting
- A comfortable relationship with numbers and reporting
- Hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce, for example) and working knowledge of Excel and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of marketing funnels, attribution models and the KPIs used to judge media
- Previous work with agencies or direct advertisers
- A degree, though it isn’t essential
Missing a few of these? Apply anyway. Curiosity, drive and good commercial instincts count for a lot.
The Package
- €45,000 – €55,000 OTE, plus benefits
- Hybrid: three days in the office, two at home
- Monday to Friday working week
- Health insurance
- 20 days’ annual leave, plus 2 company days and 2 volunteer days
- Regular team socials, both indoor and outdoor
- A points scheme to spend on shopping or vouchers
