Client Service Executive – Life & Pension

Our client, a leading global brokerage within Life, Pensions and Employee Benefits, is currently seeking a Client Service Executive to join their Dublin team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in pensions, group risk, or employee benefits to join a high-performing, collaborative environment, supporting a strong portfolio of corporate clients. You will work closely with Consultants and play a key role in delivering high-quality, end-to-end service across benefit schemes.
This role offers strong exposure across client servicing, operations, and insurer engagement, with the opportunity to build your expertise across pensions and group risk in a well-established and growing business.
Key Responsibilities
* Support Corporate Consultants in the day-to-day servicing of corporate clients
* Manage benefit reviews, renewals, and ongoing client queries
* Liaise with insurers and providers to resolve issues and ensure seamless service delivery
* Oversee claims and underwriting processes, ensuring timely and accurate outcomes
* Identify service gaps and implement improvements to enhance client experience
* Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers and internal stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures
* Contribute to ongoing process improvements and operational efficiencies
About You
* 2 years experience + within pensions, life, employee benefits or group risk (broker or consultancy experience ideal)
* Strong client servicing and operational experience
* QFA qualified or working towards
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Proactive, solutions-focused, and keen to develop within the sector
