Digital Safety & Content Analyst – Fluent Serbian

Location: Dublin, Ireland
Contract: Full-time, 40 hours/week, 12-month contract (with potential extension)
Work Hours: Rotational shifts within a 24/7 operation

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor and assess user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform guidelines
  • Investigate reports and escalate complex issues, balancing safety with user experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve content policies and procedures
  • Provide timely, accurate responses to user inquiries
  • Contribute to performance and quality initiatives to enhance platform integrity

Skills & Qualifications

  • Fluency in Serbian and English
  • Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and analytical thinking
  • Adaptable, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable using digital tools and online moderation platforms
  • Previous experience in content moderation, digital operations, or compliance is a plus
