Job Title: Enterprise Sales Development Executive – German

Location: Dublin City South
Salary: €50K base + €20K OTE €70,000 + benefits

This is not your typical SDR role.

You’ll be working at the enterprise end of tech sales, partnering with experienced Account Executives and engaging with some of the largest organisations in the DACH region.

If you’re looking to move beyond high-volume outreach and start building real commercial conversations with senior decision-makers, this role gives you that platform.

This is a role where curiosity, commercial thinking, and communication matter far more than just activity metrics.

Who You Are

  • Fluent in German and English
  • Around 2-3 years into a sales or commercial role (SaaS, tech, or B2B preferred)
  • Already comfortable with outbound, but ready to level up into more strategic selling
  • Naturally curious – you ask good questions and think beyond the obvious
  • Ambitious, but also coachable and open to learning
