Job Title: Financial Sales Advisor – Life & Pensions
Location: Sligo, Ireland
Reporting to: Sales Manager
Type: Full-time | Permanent
Salary: Competitive base + excellent commission structure, car allowance, mileage, car insurance, pension, wellness benefit, training & development.

As a Financial Sales Advisor, you will work closely with clients to deliver expert advice across life assurance, pensions, and investment products, helping them achieve their long-term financial goals. This role offers excellent earning potential with a clear progression path.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively drive revenue by meeting and exceeding targets across life, pension, and investment products.
  • Conduct thorough fact-finding to identify and prioritise clients’ financial needs.
  • Deliver professional, compliant financial advice in line with regulatory and company standards.
  • Take ownership of the client experience, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain workflow efficiency and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
  • Use sound judgement to resolve issues and support business goals.
  • Consistently achieve personal and team targets through a proactive and results-driven approach.

Key Requirements:

  • QFA qualification is essential; additional industry certifications (e.g. RPA, CFP) are a strong advantage.
  • Proven ability to assess client needs and provide tailored financial solutions.
  • A successful track record in financial sales – ideally in intermediary or direct-to-consumer channels.
  • Highly motivated, commercially minded, and target-driven.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and familiar with ePOS and administration platforms.
