As a Financial Sales Advisor, you will work closely with clients to deliver expert advice across life assurance, pensions, and investment products, helping them achieve their long-term financial goals. This role offers excellent earning potential with a clear progression path.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively drive revenue by meeting and exceeding targets across life, pension, and investment products.
- Conduct thorough fact-finding to identify and prioritise clients’ financial needs.
- Deliver professional, compliant financial advice in line with regulatory and company standards.
- Take ownership of the client experience, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain workflow efficiency and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Use sound judgement to resolve issues and support business goals.
- Consistently achieve personal and team targets through a proactive and results-driven approach.
Key Requirements:
- QFA qualification is essential; additional industry certifications (e.g. RPA, CFP) are a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to assess client needs and provide tailored financial solutions.
- A successful track record in financial sales – ideally in intermediary or direct-to-consumer channels.
- Highly motivated, commercially minded, and target-driven.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and familiar with ePOS and administration platforms.
