We’re looking for a driven Inside Sales Specialist who is fluent in Italian to join a dynamic team in Sofia. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with businesses, identifying new opportunities, and closing deals in a fast-paced sales environment.
What You’ll Do
- Manage both inbound leads and outbound prospecting to generate new business
- Understand customer needs and present suitable payment solutions
- Guide prospects through the full sales cycle, from first contact to closing
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets
- Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline updates in HubSpot CRM
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a strong customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years’ experience in inside sales, outbound sales, or business development
- Proven experience with cold calling and closing deals
- Fluent Italian and English
- Comfortable using CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
