Newly Qualified Accountant – Insurance Financial Advisory
Location: Dublin City Centre | Hybrid (2 days per week)
Salary: Up to €60,000 + Bonus + Pension + Healthcare

Our client, a leading global advisory firm, is seeking a Newly Qualified Accountant to join its specialist Insurance Financial Advisory team. Working with leading insurance organisations across Ireland and the United States, you’ll gain exposure to financial reporting, finance transformation, process improvement and advisory projects that go far beyond a traditional audit role.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop specialist insurance expertise while working on varied, high-profile client engagements.
The Role
- Support the delivery of financial reporting and advisory assignments for insurance clients.
- Assist with statutory accounting and compliance projects.
- Provide technical accounting support under IFRS and Irish/UK GAAP.
- Support finance transformation and process improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with client finance teams and build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Contribute to automation and continuous improvement projects across client finance functions.
About You
- Recently qualified ACA, ACCA or equivalent.
- Previous insurance experience is essential (Life or Non-Life).
- Background in external audit, Financial Advisory or industry finance.
- Strong understanding of IFRS and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
- Eager to learn and keen to develop within a specialist advisory environment.
