Dublin | Salary: OTE €62000 including bonus.

We’re hiring a French-Speaking Tech Sales Representative to manage the full sales cycle and drive adoption of modern, consumption-based technology solutions across a diverse customer base.

The Opportunity

In this role, you’ll engage with developers, product teams, and business decision-makers to understand their needs and guide them toward the right solutions. This is a consultative, value-driven sales role focused on long-term customer growth rather than one-off deals.

What You’ll Do

  • Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and digital channels
  • Manage multi-stage sales cycles with a focus on long-term customer value
  • Run consultative conversations with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Partner with technical teams on demos and solution discussions
  • Forecast and manage a pipeline with growth and expansion opportunities
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Stay up to date on cloud, SaaS, and emerging technology trends
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams

What We’re Looking For

  • Native-level French + strong English (C1 minimum)
  • Experience in sales (inside sales, SDR/BDR, or account management)
  • Background in SaaS, cloud, or technology sales preferred
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts simply
  • Commercial mindset with a consultative approach to selling
  • Driven, target-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) is a plus
