Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: 50,800 – 60,900 BGN/ (25,974.41 – 31,138.61 Euro) gross annually + benefits

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Sales Development Representative (German-speaking) to join a high-performing sales team supporting a fast-growing digital platform.

In this role, you will work closely with business clients to help them maximise their visibility and revenue through tailored advertising and promotional solutions. You’ll combine consultative selling with data-driven insights to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with business clients and understand their commercial goals
  • Recommend tailored advertising and promotional solutions to drive growth
  • Manage and optimise client campaigns to maximise performance and ROI
  • Provide strategic guidance to improve customer engagement and sales outcomes
  • Execute outbound sales activities (calls, emails, outreach) to generate new business
  • Analyse campaign performance and identify optimisation opportunities
  • Consistently meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluency in German (C1-C2 or native) and English (C1-C2 or native)
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in sales, pre-sales, advertising, or business development
  • Experience in outbound sales or cold calling is highly desirable
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools
  • Degree in Business, Communications, Technology, or a related field (preferred)
