About the Role
We are looking for a German-speaking Insurance Operations Administrator to join a dynamic and growing international financial services organisation based in Dublin City.
This position plays a key role in supporting policy operations and delivering a high standard of service to German-speaking clients and partners. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with exposure to cross-border operations and investment-linked insurance products.
Key Responsibilities
- Process a variety of policy transactions (new business, top-ups, switches, surrenders, claims)
- Act as a primary contact for German-speaking stakeholders and partners
- Liaise with asset managers, custodian banks, and intermediaries
- Prepare and execute investment and payment instructions
- Maintain and review client data to ensure accuracy and quality
- Produce client correspondence and policy documentation
- Support operational projects
- Ensure deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent German and English (essential)
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or operations (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
