Job Title: German-Speaking Insurance Operations Administrator

Location: Dublin City (Hybrid Working Available)

About the Role
We are looking for a German-speaking Insurance Operations Administrator to join a dynamic and growing international financial services organisation based in Dublin City.

This position plays a key role in supporting policy operations and delivering a high standard of service to German-speaking clients and partners. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with exposure to cross-border operations and investment-linked insurance products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process a variety of policy transactions (new business, top-ups, switches, surrenders, claims)
  • Act as a primary contact for German-speaking stakeholders and partners
  • Liaise with asset managers, custodian banks, and intermediaries
  • Prepare and execute investment and payment instructions
  • Maintain and review client data to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Produce client correspondence and policy documentation
  • Support operational projects
  • Ensure deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluent German and English (essential)
  • Experience in insurance, financial services, or operations (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
