Drive the Future as Our Fleet Buying Coordinator

Are you highly organised, commercially minded, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? We’re looking for a proactive and motivated professional to join our growing operations team in a pivotal role supporting the delivery of vehicles to customers nationwide.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong supplier relationships, and takes pride in ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll play an important part in coordinating key activities across suppliers, internal teams, and customers to help deliver an outstanding end-to-end experience.

We’re seeking someone with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence. If you enjoy problem-solving, working collaboratively, and being part of a team that values efficiency and customer service, this role could be the perfect fit.

What we’re looking for:

  • A highly organised individual with strong administrative and coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Confidence working in a busy, deadline-driven environment
  • A proactive approach with strong attention to detail
  • Strong systems knowledge, particularly across Microsoft Office
  • A team player with a customer-first mindset

Experience in the automotive or fleet industry would be beneficial, but just as important is your enthusiasm, adaptability, and willingness to learn.

Why join us?

You’ll become part of a supportive and ambitious team where your contribution will have real impact. We offer the opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic industry, working alongside experienced professionals in an environment that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

If you’re ready to take the next step in your career and join a team that keeps things moving, we’d love to hear from you.
