The Role
We are looking for a high-energy, adaptable Personal Assistant to act as a true right-hand to two of our key Directors. This isn’t just a support role; it’s about being a proactive partner who can anticipate needs, master complex schedules, and keep the gears turning in a fast-paced environment.
You will join a collaborative and supportive environment, working as part of a dedicated team of four other PAs to ensure seamless operations across the executive suite.

- Commuter Benefits: Access to the TaxSaver commuter scheme
- Pension: Retirement scheme with a 10% company contribution

What You’ll Be Adding Value To
- Strategic Orchestration: You’ll be the gatekeeper of the Directors’ time, managing intricate diaries and shielding their focus by triaging high-volume inboxes and incoming queries.
- Event Management: You’ll take the lead on organising high-impact gatherings, ranging from executive boardrooms to large-scale meetings for up to 500 people.
- Seamless Logistics: Whether it’s a complex international business trip or a local meeting, you’ll handle all travel logistics, itineraries, and subsequent expense management.
- Executive Coordination: You’ll ensure the Directors are always prepared by coordinating essential reports, preparing slide decks, and capturing key actions during high-level meetings.
- Office Integration: You’ll maintain the pulse of the office, managing modern conferencing facilities and data systems to keep the team connected and efficient.
Who You Are
- Experienced: You have at least 2+ years of experience in a PA role
- Resilient: You thrive in “busy and pressurized” rather than just “managing” it, showing high learning agility and the ability to pivot at a moment’s notice.
- A Connector: You have top-tier interpersonal skills, able to represent the Directors professionally when greeting visitors at any level of seniority.
- Committed: You understand the value of face-to-face collaboration; therefore, initial training will be conducted fully onsite to help you integrate quickly with the PA team.
How to Apply
