Receptionist – Temporary Contract
Location: Dublin
Type: Full-time | Temporary Contract (3 Weeks)
Abrivia Recruitment is partnering with an organisation in the professional services sector to recruit a Receptionist for a short-term temporary assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and professional administrator to join a welcoming and fast-paced office environment.
The successful candidate will provide front-of-house support and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of reception operations during a period of leave cover. Training and handover will be provided ahead of the assignment commencing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk and reception duties in a professional manner
- Greet visitors and handle incoming calls and enquiries
- Coordinate post and assist with daily Post Office runs
- Support general office administration tasks as required
- Maintain a welcoming and organised reception area
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations
Requirements:
- Previous reception or office administration experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and approachable manner
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Availability for handover on 3rd or 4th June 2026
- Available to work from 5th June to 22nd June 2026 inclusive
Desirable:
- Experience working in a busy office environment
- Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills
