Job Title: Office Manager / Executive Assistant
Job Location: Dublin City Centre | Fully Onsite | Permanent
Are you a highly organised, proactive professional who takes pride in keeping an office running like clockwork – and enjoys being the go-to person for a busy leadership team?
We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established, respected financial services firm in Dublin City Centre, known for its close-knit culture and low staff turnover. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global company with a headcount of circa 50 people in Dublin where you’ll be trusted, valued, and given real ownership of the role from day one.
The Role
This is a varied and rewarding position combining Office Management with Executive Support. No two days will look the same – one minute you’ll be greeting a courier or signing for original documents, the next you’ll be coordinating travel or diary support for members of the leadership team.
You’ll be the beating heart of the office:
- Managing the day-to-day smooth running of the office and reception
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, couriers and suppliers
- Providing proactive administrative and diary support to the CEO and senior leadership team (circa 7 people, including HR, Client Services and Product Solutions)
- Coordinating travel bookings as needed
- Liaising with external parties to resolve day-to-day office issues
- Handling post and deliveries, including a daily post office run
- Bringing your own initiative and ideas to continuously improve how the office runs
About You
- A few years’ experience in a similar Office Manager, EA or PA role
- Confident, professional and comfortable multi-tasking under your own initiative
- Excellent communication skills and a natural, welcoming presence
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Trustworthy and discreet, given the sensitive nature of the documents handled
- Comfortable supporting a senior leadership team
What’s On Offer
- Excellent salary, commensurate with experience
- Discretionary annual bonus
- 25 days annual leave, rising to 27
- Genuine work-life balance
- A choice of working hours to suit you (8am-4.30pm / 8.30am-5pm / 9am-5.30pm)
- A warm, collaborative culture in a stable, well-regarded organisation
- Full training and a comprehensive handover from the current post-holder
