Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Dublin South
Salary: Base Salary + Uncapped Monthly Commission
Hours of Work: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 9am-6pm
Working Model: Hybrid Working (2 office days / 3 remote after probation)

What you’ll be doing:
- Speaking with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right solutions
- Building rapport and delivering a consultative sales experience
- Managing inbound and outbound sales opportunities
- Achieving and exceeding monthly targets
- Delivering a high-quality customer experience while driving results
What we’re looking for:
- Previous sales experience (contact centre, retail, hospitality, telecoms, recruitment, or similar)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence handling objections and closing opportunities
- Target-driven, resilient, and self-motivated
- A positive attitude and hunger to succeed
