Are you an experienced Sales Operations, Commercial Operations or Operations Leader looking to take the next step in your career?

Our client, a leading global technology organisation, is seeking a Sales Operations Lead to oversee a large commercial function supporting international markets. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you’ll play a key role in driving operational excellence, improving sales performance and leading teams across multiple regions.

This is a highly visible leadership position where you’ll partner with senior stakeholders, influence business strategy and
help shape the future direction of a large multinational commercial programme.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Managers responsible for Sales Development and Business Development teams across multiple international markets.
  • Partner with senior commercial leaders to develop and execute strategic plans that support business growth.
  • Drive operational excellence, ensuring consistent execution, accountability and high performance across the function.
  • Use data and reporting to identify trends, improve performance and support informed business decisions.
  • Lead operational initiatives, programmes and process improvements across a multinational organisation.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Develop high-performing leaders through coaching, mentoring and performance management.
  • Ensure teams successfully adopt and execute new initiatives and organisational priorities.
  • Create scalable processes that improve efficiency, drive consistency and support long-term growth.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years’ experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, Programme Management or a similar leadership role.
  • Previous experience leading managers within a large, fast-paced commercial environment.
  • Strong background in operational excellence, performance management and continuous improvement.
  • Proven ability to use data and reporting to drive commercial performance and inform business decisions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Experience within technology, SaaS, outsourcing, digital media or another multinational environment would be highly advantageous.
  • Strong communication, organisational and leadership skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms, along with modern collaboration tools.
