Our client, a leading global technology organisation, is seeking a Sales Operations Lead to oversee a large commercial function supporting international markets. This is a highly visible leadership position where you’ll partner with senior stakeholders, influence business strategy and
help shape the future direction of a large multinational commercial programme.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Managers responsible for Sales Development and Business Development teams across multiple international markets.
- Partner with senior commercial leaders to develop and execute strategic plans that support business growth.
- Drive operational excellence, ensuring consistent execution, accountability and high performance across the function.
- Use data and reporting to identify trends, improve performance and support informed business decisions.
- Lead operational initiatives, programmes and process improvements across a multinational organisation.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Develop high-performing leaders through coaching, mentoring and performance management.
- Ensure teams successfully adopt and execute new initiatives and organisational priorities.
- Create scalable processes that improve efficiency, drive consistency and support long-term growth.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years’ experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, Programme Management or a similar leadership role.
- Previous experience leading managers within a large, fast-paced commercial environment.
- Strong background in operational excellence, performance management and continuous improvement.
- Proven ability to use data and reporting to drive commercial performance and inform business decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Experience within technology, SaaS, outsourcing, digital media or another multinational environment would be highly advantageous.
- Strong communication, organisational and leadership skills.
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms, along with modern collaboration tools.
