Please note:
This is a fully onsite position based in Dublin. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite five days per week as part of a highly collaborative and fast-paced team environment.

Our client, a Market-Leading Global Technology Organisation, is seeking a Sales Trainer to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced learning professional who enjoys combining training delivery, coaching, and programme development within a fast-paced technology environment.

Working closely with sales leaders, managers, and key stakeholders, you will play a critical role in developing the skills, knowledge, and performance of commercial teams. You’ll design and deliver engaging training programmes, support onboarding initiatives, and drive continuous learning to help employees maximise their potential and contribute to business success.

The Role

  • Deliver engaging instructor-led training programmes for new hires and existing sales professionals.
  • Design and develop training materials, learning resources, assessments, certifications, and eLearning content.
  • Support onboarding and ongoing development programmes for commercial teams.
  • Conduct training needs analyses and identify effective learning interventions to address capability gaps.
  • Partner with sales leaders and managers to support employee development and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Establish feedback mechanisms between learners, leadership teams, and the learning function.
  • Coordinate and manage training schedules and learning activities through the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Monitor programme effectiveness and analyse learning outcomes to evaluate business impact and ROI.
  • Produce training reports, learner insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to improve training processes, sales enablement initiatives, and learner engagement.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance learning culture.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years’ experience delivering sales training, sales enablement, or commercial learning programmes within a SaaS, cloud, AI, software, or technology organisation.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering instructor-led training programmes.
  • Experience supporting sales teams, commercial functions, or customer-facing professionals.
  • Strong understanding of learning needs analysis, gap assessment, and training intervention strategies.
  • Experience measuring training effectiveness and evaluating programme success through reporting and ROI analysis.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with sales leaders, managers, and employees across the business.
  • Experience developing learning content, assessments, certifications, and eLearning resources.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
