Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Salary: Negotiable pending experience + free parking, pension, Life assurance, discounted healthcare and attractive bonus.
Location: Dublin City South (30 minutes from City Centre)
Contract: Full time permanent 37.5 hrs per week
Work Model: Monday- Friday, normal working hours.
One of our global service clients is currently seeking customer service executive to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work as a customer service representative with a large global company. The successful candidate will provide an excellent customer experience to all customers and clients by managing inbound and outbound queries.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer queries and be the first point of contact
- Achieves agreed performance levels including any call management measures
- Ensure all customer queries are dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner
- Carry out general administration duties daily.
- Develop relationships and build rapport with our customers and business partners to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Strong customer service and administration skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and prioritise
- Excellent communication skills
- IT proficient
- Must be a self-motivated individual with an eagerness to learn and develop
- Flexibility
- Strong attention to detail
