Job Location: Dublin City South

Salary: DOE + bonus & benefits.

Are you a recent graduate ready to launch your career in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our Customer Operations team as a Graduate Supply Chain Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supply chain, procurement, and customer delivery within a growing business.

About the Role
In this role, you’ll be at the centre of our vehicle supply chain-supporting the end-to-end procurement and delivery process. From placing orders to coordinating with suppliers and ensuring vehicles reach customers on time, you’ll develop valuable experience in operations, logistics, and stakeholder management.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage the lifecycle of vehicle orders from placement through to delivery
  • Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
  • Monitor delivery schedules and proactively manage any delays
  • Support supplier negotiations to achieve competitive pricing and value
  • Coordinate vehicle fit-outs with third-party providers
  • Oversee vehicle registrations in line with customer and contract requirements
  • Manage vehicle returns alongside new deliveries
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers
  • Track performance, maintain accurate systems, and support reporting
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of annual vehicle supply tenders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer and business objectives are met

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with a willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • A customer-focused mindset
  • Previous experience or interest in supply chain, logistics, or the motor industry is an advantage, but not essential
