Job Title: Customer Care Coordinator

Location: Dublin City South (on luas line)

Working Model: Mon-Fri standard hours – hybrid after training/probation

Salary: DOE plus 10% bonus, pension, healthcare and flexible working hours.

We’re looking for a Customer Care Coordinator to join our friendly and collaborative Customer Care team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service.

The Role

As a Customer Care Coordinator, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for our customers, ensuring every interaction is handled professionally, efficiently and with care.

Working alongside a close-knit team of six, you’ll play an important role in delivering an excellent customer experience while supporting the day-to-day administration of the department.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email
  • Providing a professional and efficient service to customers and drivers
  • Updating and maintaining internal systems accurately
  • Coordinating vehicle administration, including motor tax processing
  • Managing fines, toll tags and fuel card administration
  • Preparing reports and supporting the wider business with administrative tasks
  • Following established processes while identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the highest levels of customer service
  • Providing support across the team during busy periods and annual leave

About You

We’re looking for someone with a great attitude and a customer-first mindset.

You’ll ideally have:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role such as hospitality, retail, customer service, administration or a contact centre
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A friendly, approachable and professional manner
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
  • A proactive approach and a willingness to work as part of a team
  • A full, clean EU driving licence
