Job Title: Contract Renewal & Sales Executive – German

Are you a fluent German speaker with strong communication skills and a passion for negotiation?
We’re looking for a commercially minded professional to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll manage contract renewals and lease negotiations with property owners across the German market, guiding agreements from initial contact through to signed contracts.
What You’ll Do
- Negotiate contract renewals and lease agreements with property owners
- Build positive relationships with stakeholders
- Manage negotiations by phone and email
- Research property and contract information using internal systems
- Prepare proposals and supporting documentation
- Maintain accurate records and updates
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent German (C1+) and good English skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Excellent organisational skills
- Previous sales, negotiation, customer service, account management, or commercial experience is advantageous
