Salary: €45,000 – €55,000 including achievable bonus of 20-40% + benefits.
Are you a Dutch speaker with a qualification in Digital Marketing and looking to launch your career with a global technology project? This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or an early-career professional with customer-facing experience to develop expertise in digital advertising, client success, and account management.
You will work with digital marketing agencies and advertisers, helping them improve campaign performance, grow their online presence, and achieve business objectives through innovative digital advertising solutions.
The Role
As a Digital Marketing Graduate, you will support a portfolio of advertising agencies and business clients, providing guidance on campaign performance, optimisation opportunities, and growth strategies. You will receive comprehensive training and gain valuable experience in digital marketing, account management, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with agency partners and advertisers
- Support clients in achieving their digital marketing goals
- Review campaign performance and identify optimisation opportunities
- Provide recommendations based on data and performance insights
- Assist clients with platform adoption and best practices
- Work towards account growth and performance targets
- Deliver a high level of customer service and account support
- Keep up to date with digital marketing trends and industry developments
What We’re Looking For
Essential Requirements
- Fluent Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Degree or qualification in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline
- Strong interest in digital advertising and online marketing
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercial awareness and a customer-focused approach
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
