Job Title: German-Speaking Commercial Negotiator
Location: Dublin City Centre (Hybrid)
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: Base €35,000 with OTE €45,000 – €55,000 plus benefits.
About the Role
We are seeking a German-speaking Commercial Negotiator to support telecommunications infrastructure projects across Germany. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and negotiating agreements with property owners for the installation of telecom sites.
This is a commercially focused role suited to someone who enjoys negotiation, relationship building, and working towards targets in a fast-paced international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and contact potential property owners across Germany
- Negotiate commercial agreements for site access and leases
- Manage the full process from initial outreach to signed contract
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Track activity and updates using internal systems
- Conduct site visits where required
About You
- Fluent German (C1+) and good English skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach
- Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in sales, business development, property, or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not essential
