Job Title: Client Services Administrator
Salary: 30K-32K + Benefits
Location: Dublin City South
Contract: Full time permanent 37.5 hrs per week
Work Model: Monday- Friday, normal working hours.
One of our global service clients is currently seeking a client services administrator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work as a skilled administrator with a large global company. The successful candidate will provide an excellent administrative support to all customers and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently process customer documents ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Maintain meticulous customer records and update information as needed.
- Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer concerns.
- Uphold service level agreements (SLAs) for response times and issue resolution.
- Provide exceptional customer support through clear and professional communication.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services, and administrative procedures.

Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in customer care or administrative roles, showcasing strong administrative skills.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and standard office software.
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage customer interactions and administrative tasks.
- Attention to detail in data entry, record keeping, and documentation.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for professional customer interactions.
- Collaborative mindset to work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer care, administrative, or related roles.
