Job Title: Client Services Coordinator
Salary: Negotiable pending experience + free parking, pension, Life assurance, discounted healthcare and attractive bonus.
Location: Dublin City South (30 minutes from City Centre)
(fully onsite for training then hybrid model after 6 months’ probation)
Contract: Full time permanent 37.5 hrs per week
Work Model: Monday- Friday, normal working hours with flexibility after probation.
One of our global service clients is currently seeking a client services coordinator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work as a co-ordinator with a large global company. The successful candidate will provide an excellent customer experience to all account holders and clients by managing quotations and contract renewals. You will join a well-established team of 7 people in a client focused, fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be managing the quotes, contracts and renewals for key accounts in the business.
- Responsibly for anticipating and exceeding customers expectations.
- Ensure that you understand all services and products offered by the client and be able to amend contracts and renewals pending customers needs.
- Ensure that you are proactive and comfortable solving problems for clients in an effective and efficient manner.
- Excellent training will be provided by both your line manager and your team of colleagues that are long established in the role and company.
- Excellent attention to detail ensuring that all documents are proofread and accurate.
- Financial acumen and comfortable preparing quotes and calculating quotes.
- Comfortable working to tight deadlines and multitasking in a busy work environment.
- Updating data base with client and customer information.
- Adhoc duties as required.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in customer service, administration, financial administration, call centre or renewals/quotations.
- Strong numeric/mathematic ability and excellent attention to detail
- Self-motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong MS Office experience.
