About the Role:
As a Client Services Executive, you will play a crucial role in fostering positive relationships with our valued property owners. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries, providing proactive communication, and implementing effective solutions to meet their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with clients, understanding their goals and objectives to tailor our services accordingly.
Problem Resolution: Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve client issues, ensuring a smooth and efficient resolution process.
Proactive Engagement: Anticipate client needs and provide proactive communication on market trends, property performance, and other relevant updates.
Policy Education: Educate clients on relevant policies, procedures, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and mutual understanding.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients to continuously improve our services and identify areas for enhancement.
Requirements:
Customer-centric experience is desirable.
Fluency in German and high level of English.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Problem-solving mindset and the ability to navigate challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.
Knowledge of real estate industry practices and property management is preferred.
