Contract: Full time permanent 37.5 hrs per week
Work Model: Monday- Friday, normal working hours.
One of our global service clients is currently seeking a customer service coordinator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work as a co-ordinator with a large global company. The successful candidate will provide an excellent customer experience to all account holders and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs and inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients, empathising with their concerns, and offering appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client requests are fulfilled and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and organised client records, interactions, and communications using CRM software.
- Generate and analyse reports to measure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Proactively communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure a positive relationship.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or related roles.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
