Responsibilities:
Function as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their needs and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients, demonstrating empathy, and providing appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requests and resolution of issues.
Maintain precise and organized client records, interactions, and communications utilizing CRM software.
Generate and assess reports to gauge client satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
Proactively engage with clients to provide updates, collect feedback, and foster positive relationships.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in call centers, customer service, or related roles.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment.
