Job Title: Dutch Business Development Representative
Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid work schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in-office)
Salary: €40,000 base plus est. €5,000 OTE (uncapped)

Are you a proactive individual with a knack for driving business growth? We’re seeking a motivated Dutch speaking Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in expanding our presence in the Dutch market.
Responsibilities:
- Converting Warm Leads: Utilizing your persuasive skills to convert warm leads into appointments, while ensuring a stellar customer experience at every touchpoint.
- Outreach and Sales Initiatives: Proactively reaching out to new prospects to kickstart the sales process and ignite excitement around our product and brand.
- Managing Communications: Effectively managing contact information, schedules, calendaring, and communications to ensure smooth interactions with clients and prospects.
- Enhancing productivity: Optimizing processes to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales role, preferably with a focus on outbound prospecting.
- Experience working in customer service and account management an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to independently generate leads and build a robust pipeline.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment
