Job Title: Dutch Project Coordinator
Job Type: 12 month permanent contract – with option to renew.
Hours of work: (Monday to Friday) – Hybrid working model
Location: Maastricht, The Netherlands
Compensation: €30,000 + perks
We are seeking a dynamic Bilingual Project Coordinator proficient in Dutch and English to join an expanding communications company located in Maastricht. In this capacity, you will play a crucial role in supporting the broader project team by meticulously organizing and planning key metrics, ensuring the project is well-prepared for launch. Your responsibilities will involve handling paperwork, coordinating with various external and internal stakeholders to ensure validation and approval. Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Engage with management and collaborate with colleagues.
- Coordinate events and secure venues based on specific criteria.
- Conduct additional checks for the internal team and management.
- Maintain accurate and timely internal reports following guidelines.
- Submit information requests to municipalities involved in the project.
- Gather necessary information and input it into the system.
- Management of legal documents as needed.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Candidate profile
- Self-motivated with the initiative to work independently.
- Effective time management skills.
- Attention to detail, analytical capabilities, and strong administrative skills.
- Fluent in both Dutch and English.
- Higher education qualification desired.
