Position Title: Dutch Project Coordinator
Contract Type: Permanent 12-month contract – with the possibility of extension.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, hybrid model after training period which can take up to 6 months
Location: Maastricht, The Netherlands

We are seeking a dynamic Bilingual Project Coordinator proficient in Dutch and English to join an expanding communications company located in Maastricht. In this role, you will play a pivotal part within the larger project team, meticulously orchestrating and planning vital metrics to ensure a seamless project launch. Your duties will include managing paperwork, collaborating with diverse external and internal stakeholders for validation and approval. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Engage with management and collaborate with colleagues.
- Coordinate events and secure venues
- Maintain accurate and timely internal reports following guidelines.
- Submit information requests to municipalities involved in the project.
- Gather necessary information and input it into the system.
- Management of documents as needed.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Fluency in both Dutch and English.
- Keen attention to detail, analytical proficiency, and strong administrative acumen.
- Strong customer service skills
- Self-driven with the autonomy to work independently.
- Strong time management skills.
- A higher education qualification would be advantageous.
