Position: Dutch-Speaking Business Sales Executive
Location: South Dublin, Ireland
Salary: Competitive OTE of €70,000
Working model: Full-time, Hybrid Model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Are you a proactive individual with a knack for driving business growth? We’re seeking a motivated Dutch speaking Sales Executive on behalf of our top client in Dublin. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in expanding presence in the Dutch market.
Responsibilities:
- Strategically craft proactive outreach plans tailored to current market dynamics and solutions.
- Explore and capitalise on emerging business prospects within targeted industries and customer personas.
- Nurture client relationships
- Deliver compelling presentations highlighting the unique value propositions of our products to prospective clients.
- Evaluate client needs and propose tailored solutions accordingly.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities within the evolving market landscape.
- Facilitate introductions or meetings between potential clients and the enterprise sales team.
- Hit daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to drive results.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the client’s product portfolio and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to optimize sales performance
Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken)
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, with a track record of exceeding targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to succeed
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Eligible to work in Ireland
