Our client, one of the fastest growing Health Supplements providers in the UK & Ireland, is currently in search of a German speaking Ecommerce Manager to join their Dublin HQ.
The Ecommerce Manager will manage the German ecommerce and marketplaces, to help the business significantly scale adoption of their brand and portfolio of products.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, this role will play a vital role in managing the website and CRM channels, to improve acquisition and retention by improving UX and customer experience.
Applicants must be fluent German speaking, with experience working in the German ecommerce market.
Your Role:
- Manage and optimise the website to deliver acquisition and retention, by internal requirement gathering and agency management.
- Create CRM campaigns across the customer lifecycle, ranging from cart abandonment to renewals, including triggered Lifecycle and ad hoc communications.
- Manage and implement audience segmentation strategies, for the website and CRM email campaigns.
- Execute AB/ multivariant testing to maximise conversion and engagement, for Website landing pages and Email campaigns.
- Optimise relevant data capture/management with the view of building segmentation and gaining Customer insights.
- Guide creative process based on results for website improvement and Digital ads.
- Create detailed customer journey flows with actionable trigger points to drive conversion and engagement, upsell and improved LTV, both in outbound communications and the website.
- Analyse campaign results, develop benchmarks, and update/share regular performance reports.
- Manage the Website/ CRM projects queue, collaborating with the wider team capturing feedback from multiple stakeholders.
- Analyse data to identify and measure growth opportunities to improve LTV and decrease churn.
- Drive qualitative insights, talking to users on a regular basis to understand what’s working and help shape ideation.
- Communicate your progress and share insights across the business.
- Work closely with wider team to ensure creative excellence and consistency.
Your Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in Ecommerce management of German websites, producing cross-channel campaigns using marketing automation platforms.
- Candidates must be fluent German language speaking.
- Experience in launching audience-specific dynamic content lifecycle and event-triggered CRM programmes.
- Proficiency, knowledge, and experience with Web Platforms and Automation Platforms Shopify and WordPress. Also, knowledge of bolt on platforms Klavyio, MentionMe as well as affiliates Rakuten or Webgains.
- Comfort with data pipelines and architecture, targeting, multi-step workflows, QA, and reporting.
- Knowledge of the interconnectivity between technology and customer experience.
- Strong knowledge of best practices for email creative, segmentation, dynamic content, testing methodologies, deliverability, email deployment platforms.
- Understanding of linkages between all touchpoints, like apps, website, website account sections and how they impact overall Loyalty and LTV, and conversion.
- Ability to compile a well-articulated dashboard and share performance metrics.
- Excellent project management skills, ability to multitask effectively, and work cross-functionally.
- Proven track record of driving success of core customer and business metrics (acquisition, revenue, LTV).
- Analytical data mindset, familiar with GA and other analytical tools
Highly Desirable Skills:
- Working knowledge of HTML/ CSS.
- Willingness to dive in and learn something new.
- You have experience in other channels (Paid acquisition, SMS, push, etc.)
