Job Title: German Document & Contract Manager
Location: Dublin
Salary: €32,000 + benefits

Type: Permanent Position. Hybrid working model, 3 days in office + 2 days WFM
Training : onsite (6 months)
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week / Monday – Friday (flexi start 8am-9am)
Abrivia Recruitment has a new opportunity within the client services industry for a Document & Contract Manager role which requires fluent German. In your role you will manage a portfolio of new and existing clients, providing administrative and interdepartmental support, and delivering high quality service revolving around documentation and contract management. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate that feels comfortable in a client communication role via phone and email, has excellent administration and attention to detail, strong organisation skills and excellent at multitasking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of contracts undergoing signature process including proof reading and carrying out all necessary amendments and changes to documents.
- Adhering to all SOP’s and quality control agreements with clients/customers.
- Proven ability to work well in teams – partnering with managers, cross functional teams, and teammates
- Ensuring that all deadlines are met and coordination of all administration deadlines with relevant parties.
- Establish effective communication channels with key stakeholders in the contract management sphere, ensuring absolute compliance with agreements.
- Tackle document management and filing in a fast-paced environment.
- Update databases with new data sourced from client agreements
Candidate Profile:
- Fluent in both German and English at verbal, written and reading levels
- Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced environment, whether through data entry, quality control, or handling contractual documentation.
- Poses a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Analytical mindset with great problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
- Customer facing experience a bonus
- Previous experience of working in German market place preferred
