Key Responsibilities: As a Sales Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple projects and teams to ensure the achievement of client expectations and company targets. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Performance management and goal achievement.
- Client Communication and Relationship Building
- Effective team management, including target assignment and performance reviews.
- Internal and external reporting, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve invoicing and validation inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully leading teams.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Proficient in both German (native-level) and high-level English.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with a persuasive phone manner.
- Self-motivated with outstanding prioritization and time management abilities.
Preferred Experience:
- Demonstrated success in executing effective sales processes.
- Experience in customer service, call center operations, or public-facing roles.
