Work model: Fully on site, permanent
Training: 1 month. 9am-5:30pm on-site
Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Monday – Sunday shifts.
Standard Business hours.

Permanently Set Night shift Alternative (6:00pm- 2:00am).

Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate reported content, ensuring compliance with community platform standards.
- Address user inquiries and provide support in the German language with a focus on empathy and accuracy.
- Work collaboratively with the team to escalate and resolve issues as needed.
- Uphold terms of use by monitoring and addressing reports of non-compliance on the platform.
- Analyze trends and patterns in reported content, contributing to the enhancement of moderation strategies.
- Investigate and resolve user queries via designated ticket queues including requests for account support, in a timely manner.
- Utilize your proficiency in the German language to communicate effectively with users and maintain cultural understanding.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable community support solutions.
Requirements:
- Fluent in German and English with strong communication skills.
- Previous experience in content moderation or a related field a plus.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to make balanced decisions.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and common community guidelines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, especially in addressing sensitive issues empathetically.
- Effective problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
